Our Year 6 pupils have been getting together as part of our transition programme before they go to secondary school. This year we feed to 5 secondary schools: Upper Wharfedale, Ermysted’s, Skipton Girl’s, Settle College and Ilkley Grammar.

Our project this week was ‘Stand Up, Speak Out’. Pupils learned about the power of spoken word and created their own video to stand up and speak out about things they believe to be important. During the afternoon the pupils created artwork inspired by street artists.
